Jackson Hole has always been special to our founder, Chris Simms — the town's adventurous spirit and warm hospitality helped inspire our restaurant. It’s also where he first discovered this icy, boozy gem at a little grocery store called Bodega. One sip and he was hooked. Now, we’re bringing that same spirit to our restaurant with our very own Prickly Pear Sloshie.

What Exactly Is a Sloshie?

In simple terms, a sloshie is a frozen cocktail, typically made with fresh juices and plenty of ice and alcohol.

In Jackson Hole, sloshies are part of the local DNA. They’ve been enjoyed on post-hike patios, après-ski celebrations, and lazy floats down Fish Creek — one of Chris’ favorite activities.

Meet Our Prickly Pear Sloshie

Here at Lazy Dog, we took inspiration from our mountain adventures and crafted a sloshie of our own — bursting with bright, citrusy, desert vibes.

The Prickly Pear Sloshie is made with:

• Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila

• Prickly pear purée

• Housemade agave nectar sweet + sour

• Triple sec

• House salt rim
